At 'shopheavenly.ca we want you to be completelysatisfied with your purchase. We handle every order with deep reverence and care. If an item does not meet your expectatios, we are here to help make it right.
Return Window.
We accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a return your item must be:
- Unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging with any certificates or tags intact.
- Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costes.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification.
- If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
- A credit will automatically be applied to youroriginal method of payment.
- Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
Damaged, Defective, or incorrect Items.
We take great care in packaging your sacred items securely. However, if an item arrives damaged during transit, is defective, or is the incorrect product.
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item and packaging.
- We will immediately send out a replacement or issue a full refund (including any original shipping costs) at no extra charge to you.
Non-Returnable Items.
Certain items cannot bereturned for safety, hygiene, or customization reasons.
- Personalized or custom-engraved items.
